Somebody earlier this year told me my Silver Fox beard is starting to make me look like one of my favorite celebrity preachers:

Now, I’m not saying I’m Bishop Jakes…

But when I looked at the photo, I had to admit:

I can see it! 😂

So I started comparing the two of us.

2. We both have thick white beards. 🧔🏾‍♂️

3. Age?

I’m 61. Bishop Jakes is 69.

So apparently, I still have a few more Silver Fox years to go! 😂

4. Tattoos?

I have eight tattoos, all connected to my faith and the trials I’ve overcome along the way. 🙏🏾

I haven’t seen evidence of Bishop Jakes having tattoos.

So I guess I win that category! 😂

5. Net worth? 💰

This is where the comparison gets a little more interesting.

Online estimates put Bishop Jakes’ wealth in the tens of millions of dollars.

Me?

Well…

I’m claiming unlimited prosperity is on the way! 😂😂🙏🏾

I may not have Bishop Jakes’ bank account, but I’m walking by faith and expecting God to continue opening doors.

And honestly, that’s the kind of wealth I’m most interested in anyway.
